Alunos de graduação e pós-graduação deverão enviar cópia do atestado de matrícula digitalizados em pdf e anexados à Ficha de Inscrição, além do comprovante de pagamento.
Os associados a ANTAC deverão anexar o pagamento da anuidade junto com a ficha de inscrição.
Inscrições por EMPENHO serão aceitas. Os interessados devem informar-se dos trâmites junto às suas instituições e enviar a Nota de Empenho emitida, juntamente com a ficha de inscrição do evento. Entrar em contato com a secretaria do evento por e-mail: [email protected] ou fone (11)91373.6124.

SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES OR EXPANDED ABSTRACTS
Each article may have, in addition to the main author, a maximum of FOUR co-authors.
Articles must comply with the Template provided by the organizing committee of the XVII ENCAC and XIII ELACAC - 2023, which contains information about font, spacing, number of words/characters, format and file size for submission.
The evaluations, both of the articles and expanded abstracts submitted to the TAs, will be carried out blindly by peers, and therefore the name of the authors must be OMITTED in the submission document .
The identification of the articles will be done in specific fields in the submission system of this site, in which a summary of a maximum of 200 words, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, must be informed.
The abstracts will be used for the preparation of the abstract booklets of the event, if the article is approved. For the article to be included in the final program, in the Book of Abstracts and in the electronic proceedings of the XVIII ENCAC and XIII ELACAC - 2023, at least ONE of the authors of the article must register and pay a fee within the event calendar. It should be noted that each author registered for the event will be entitled to publish up to 2 articles or expanded abstracts. The others, if approved for publication, will be charged an additional fee per publication.
